Tim Lobanov is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tide Crest Development, bringing over a decade of experience in residential and mixed-use real estate across South Florida and beyond. At Tide Crest, he oversees the full scope of the firm’s operations, managing every phase of the development cycle—from site acquisition and capital planning to design, construction, and final delivery. Prior to founding the firm, he led a private real estate development company where he oversaw the full lifecycle of mid-rise and high-rise condominium projects. Today, his focus is on developing one-of-a-kind waterfront single-family residences in South Florida’s most distinctive neighborhoods.

Darius Kasparaitis is the Co-Founder and Partner of Tide Crest Development, bringing a disciplined, team-driven approach shaped by his years as a professional athlete and international competitor. A former NHL defenseman and Olympic medalist, Kasparaitis played 14 seasons with teams including the New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, New York Islanders and Colorado Avalanche. Since retiring from professional hockey, he has transitioned into real estate investment and development, applying his focus, leadership, and global perspective to a growing portfolio of residential projects in South Florida and beyond. His role at Tide Crest centers on strategic investments, brand development, and long-term vision.
